Thank you for your interest in COLOR FEST. This event will take place along Sheyenne Street in West Fargo, Saturday, April 17, 2021, and will feature arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, and an opportunity to help paint designs submitted by local artists in three intersections. The vendor/sales portion of our event will occur from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  

If you would like to apply to participate in COLOR FEST on Saturday, April 17, please fill out the 2021 COLOR FEST Vendor Application and return it by Tuesday, March 30, 2021 via email to or via mail to:

If you will be preparing food on-site the day of the event, please fill out the COLOR FEST Food Vendor Application to be placed within our food court. Homemade cottage food vendors selling pre-made items such as jams, baked goods, or other "farmers market" goods should apply using the regular COLOR FEST Vendor Application and will not be placed among the food trucks.

Applications due 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021.

The event will take place on April 17, 2021. Vendors will be featured and able to sell from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 10 x 10 booth spaces will be available. Vendors are asked to provide their own tables, chairs, tents, canopies, etc. The City of West Fargo will supply shared portable bathrooms and garbage receptacles.   

Complete an application by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, 2021, for consideration. All applications must be completed in their entirety to be considered for participation. All applications received will be reviewed for approval by City of West Fargo staff. Receipt of your application does not guarantee participation. A one-time payment of $45 per 10 x 10 booth space is due upon notification of acceptance.
